Course Overview : This course is designed for personnel who are required to necessary knowledge and skills to competently issue, supervise work, emergency response personnel involved and work within Confined Spaces. The training programme involves both classroom presentations as well as a high degree of hands-on scenarios that will require attendees to actively participate in confined space and rescue applications

Standard of Training :  MOG Industry Training (MOGIT) is approved by the Department of Labour Protection & Welfare (Royal Thai Ministry of Labour) for the delivery of training programmes on Occupational Safety in Confined Work Areas. Our Confined Space Training programmes comply with the standards stated in The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare Memorandum on Criteria, Methods and Curriculum for Training on Occupational Safety in Confined Work Areas.

2) Laws regarding safety for working in confined areas.

3) Assessment of working conditions and preparedness for working in confined areas.

4) Correct and safe operational methods for confined areas.

5) Personal safety protection equipment used in Confined areas.

6) The system for requesting permission to work in confined areas and cancellation of approval.

7) The roles, duties and responsibilities of approvers, controllers, Rescuers and Employees working in confined areas.

8) Techniques for inspecting the atmospheric conditions in confined areas.

9) Ventilation techniques.

10) The dangers of confined areas.

11) Planning for operations and prevention of potential dangers incurred by working in confined areas.

12) Basic fire extinguishment.

13) Assistance and rescue.

14) Basic first aid and assistant

15) Potential dangers under emergency conditions and methods for disaster escape.
